Can I book an airport pickup in advance?
Yes. Share your flight number when you book. Your chauffeur checks your arrival time, so they’re in arrivals when you land.
Can I book a ride for today?
Usually, yes. Get a quote with today's date and we'll confirm a chauffeur within minutes.
What does the price include?
You see your full price before you book. It includes free waiting time, tolls and bags.
How many people and bags fit?
Up to 3 passengers and 4 bags: 2 large suitcases plus 2 carry-ons, or 3 medium suitcases plus 1 carry-on.
How do I pay?
Card, M-Pesa or cash in US$ or KES. Pay when you confirm, or on the day.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation, any time before pickup. If you booked to pay on the day, there’s nothing to pay. If you paid online, we refund you in full to the card or M-Pesa you used, and we’ll start your refund within 1 working day. If you don’t show up and we can’t reach you after the free waiting time, a paid booking isn’t refunded. Cancel in Manage booking, or email us.
